IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

ALL T-SHIRTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

DELIVERY TIME IS UP TO 3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU CONFIRM THAT ALL DESIGNS, LOGOS, AND TEXT PROVIDED ARE APPROVED FOR THEIR INTENDED USE, INCLUDING ON-DUTY WEAR IF APPLICABLE.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold on this website are custom made to order based on the designs, logos, text, colors, and sizes provided by the customer. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically produced and delivered within up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes production and shipping. Delivery times may vary due to order volume, supply availability, or shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Customer-Provided Designs and Logos

We are a print shop only.
We print exactly what is provided by the customer.

  • We do not review, verify, or approve logos, designs, text, or artwork for compliance, trademark use, department policies, or regulations.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all designs and logos are authorized, approved, and permitted for their intended use.

On-Duty / Department Approval Disclaimer

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:

  • It is their responsibility to ensure that all shirts, logos, and designs are approved for on-duty use, including approval by Fire Rescue or any governing department.

  • We are not responsible for any shirts that are later deemed unapproved, unauthorized, or not allowed by Fire Rescue or any other authority.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued if a design is denied, rejected, or disallowed after production.

  • We are not affiliated with Pasco County Fire Rescue or any other fire department or government agency, and we do not claim any such affiliation.

Returns and Defects

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only and must meet the following conditions:

  • Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Proof of defect may be required (photos or return of item)

Normal variations in color, placement, or feel due to the printing process are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting, including:

  • Spelling

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Design placement

  • Artwork quality

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer at checkout.

General Terms

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.
